At Maison Close, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury lingerie; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
